Have you ever felt overwhelmed, anxious, and that life is throwing too much your way? Maybe it is time to destress and feed your soul. Everyone should have something to fall back on that keeps them going in life. Whether that be sports, books, music, kids, or just the beach. My idea of relaxing and tuning into my needs is by using art to let go of reality and feel the freedom of expression. You don’t have to be the great artist to enjoy this past time. There is no right way in creating a master piece. The whole idea of using art is to express yourself and live again. Reconnect with life through art and refocusing your energy. Come join the fun; having social interactions, great snacks, artistic fun, while listening to some soothing music. Seats will be limited to 20.
Ava Titsworth, ADC, DC - Medication Assisted Therapy
Lisa K. Ray, MS, LADAC, ADC, CCDP-D, CCS, CCGC, CPS - Clinical Supervision

Dr. Allen Berger, PhD - The Addict - Recovery Self Dialogue: An Experiential Intervention
(Topic may change as Dr Berger is working on a new training on Emotional Sobriety/Maturing based on new book to be published later this year)
Weds 26 Sep 2018....Dr. Erving Polster said that the goal of psychotherapy is “ merge the disharmonious aspects of the person so that they [can] become joint contributors to the person’s wholeness.”
